ABOUT US

Founded in 2006, Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited ("Lee & Man Chemical") was originally a business explored by Lee & Man Holding Limited, a listed company in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 0746). In June 2011, the Group spun off other business streams and retained only the chemical business in the listed group and the company name was changed to "Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited" in the same year, to highlight the developments of the Group being focused on the chemical business.

Lee & Man Chemical invested and established its first chemical production site in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, China, and put into production in May 2008. Along with rapid business expansion, Lee & Man Chemical planned its establishment of the second chemical production site in Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province, China in 2012, just a few years after the commencement of the first site. The two plants are mainly engaged in the production and R&D of chlorochemicals, fluorochemicals and polymers. And in 2020, Lee & Man Chemical invested in a new plant in Gaolan Port of the Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China, for the purpose of R&D and production of its own new lithium battery electrolyte and its additives as well as other new materials.

Lee & Man Chemical has always been improving itself, insisting on independent innovation, and promoting green production and low-carbon and energy-saving management to achieve sustainable development. With the substantial investment in modern technologies and all-round staff training while possessing an R&D team led by Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the Company perfects its existing production technology, develops new chemical products, and contributes to our life now and beyond.
